Depressed Chihuahua Surrendered To Kill Shelter By Heartless Family, Has Given Up All Hope
For a young, 2-year-old Chihuahua living at the Carson Animal Shelter in Gardena, California, life may seem like it’s not worth living. After two years of showing love, loyalty, and devotion, the pup, whose name is Chikilin, was mercilessly surrendered to Carson by a heartless family.
According to my source who was present during the intake and wishes to remain anonymous, when pressed as to why they were surrendering him, one family member gave an excuse stating “we simply don’t want him anymore. That’s it.”
Chikilin’s descent into the bottomless pit of sadness began as soon as his family neglected him. On the night he was betrayed, he could be heard crying himself to sleep in his kennel space, wondering what on earth he did wrong to deserve this new, very sad development in his life.

“My name is CHIKILIN and I’m an approximately 2-year-old male Chihuahua. I am not yet neutered. I have been at the Carson Animal Care Center since 2/25. Please help me.”
