That’s what he’s known as. Our hearts broke when we saw his pictures. Found tied to a tree in the woods with a heavy logging chain and a 4 inch thick leather collar.

We have no idea the details of his horrible past, but we can promise him the chance at a wonderful future. We don’t know what we are dealing with health wise because he is so terrified nobody wanted to inflict additional stress.
